What You'll Be Doing
Being the first friendly face members and walk-ins see, and building rapport with them
Turning enquiries into memberships. We will give you solid sales training to take out the guesswork.
Working toward personal and team targets, and being celebrated when you hit them
Keeping the club looking sharp and welcoming
Running reception, stock, and day-to-day admin smoothly
Getting involved in promos, events and outreach marketing activity
Levelling up through ongoing sales and development training

What You'll Bring
Confidence; you can chat to anyone, anywhere
Solid verbal communication skills
A problem-solver's brain and basic maths understanding
A genuine interest in health, wellness and fitness (bonus points if it's a lifestyle, not just a job to you)





Nice-to-Haves (Not Deal-Breakers)
CPR & First Aid
Previous sales or fitness industry experience
Cert III/IV in Fitness
