Full Time Site Supervisor (Building Associate) Required

CLMU Pty Ltd are currently seeking skilled and experienced full time Site Supervisors to join our busy team.

To be successful for this chance, ideally you will be reliable and hardworking and hold the following:

Qualifications/Work Experience Required: Diploma (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Duties of the role will include:

Supervising construction sites, and organising and co-ordinating the materials, plant and

labour required.

Assisting Management in planning and organisation of work programs.

Reporting to management on issues requiring resolution and status of work programs.

Liaison with engineers and other associated personnel on jobsites.

Interpreting plans,



regulations and codes of practice.

Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.

Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.

Co-ordinating works programs.

Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and

Standards.

Ensuring all plant services and maintenance schedules are adhered to and completed.

Calculating costs and estimating time scales.

Carrying out site safety audits.

Salary: $100,000 -$120,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
