As a high-volume casual food and beverage venue, you can expect a fast-paced workplace for the majority of your shifts. Success in this role requires the ability to remain organised, deliver excellent service under pressure, and thrive in a busy, energetic atmosphere.

In this role, you'll seamlessly pivot between leading from the front during service, inventory management & cellar management, and driving team performance across the bar team. You’ll take full ownership of your department and help shape what exceptional looks like.

The Candidate
2+ years experience working at a Bar Manager or Assistant Venue Manager is essential
To be a hit in this role you will need to have robust people management skills
A leader who knows how to achieve results from a brand/owner perspective and can get teams to buy in to the common goal
Ability to manage a department and effectively cost control manage
