The Station Grocer Alstonville is looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our casual team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping things organised and clean, and loves delivering excellent customer service.

The Role
Closing shifts: Tuesday 4pm-10pm, Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-10pm
Weekday rate: $36.85/hour for employees aged 20+
Weekend rate: $48.07/hour for employees aged 20+
Solo work: This position involves working independently after 4pm
Must be 18+: Due to the requirement to work solo after 4pm

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for keeping the store running smoothly during your shift, including:
Providing friendly, efficient customer service
Processing payments for fuel, food and convenience products
Operating the till and completing end-of-shift reconciliation
Completing closing procedures
Restocking and rotating products
Keeping the store and forecourt clean, safe and presentable
Working independently and confidently when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a customer-facing role




Comfortable operating a till and handling money
Confident with basic maths

Available to work evenings and weekends
