About the Role
B&B; Nexus is currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Construction Labourers for an immediate start with one of our valued clients.
This is a physically demanding outdoor role working on commercial projects across Melbourne, installing rubber safety surfacing for playgrounds, schools, childcare centres and recreational facilities. If you enjoy hands-on work and are looking for consistent hours with long-term prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Mix rubber granules and adhesive using industrial mixers
Load 20–25kg bags of material into mixing equipment
Transport mixed product using wheelbarrows
Rake, spread and level rubber surfacing
Assist with general site preparation and clean-up
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Essential Requirements
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20–25kg)
White Card (essential)
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Previous construction, landscaping, labouring or civil experience highly regarded
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
