Job Requirements:
Well presented, bright and cheerful personality to provide an exceptional first impression to our patients
Working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice
Valuable problem solving skills and understanding of patient scheduling and setting priorities
Experience working at dental front office
Basic knowledge of Microsoft outlook and word
Positive phone skills (education will be provided)
Dental assisting experience
Bonus skills (non-essential) :
Experienced with Dental 4 windows software
Experience with Excel software
The job is a part time front office position for 4 days per week ( 34 hours - no weekend work required).
