A new childcare service located near Ipswich is seeking a confident and reliable Diploma‑qualified Educator to join their team on a full‑time basis.
This role suits an educator who is strong in practice, consistent, and able to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities:
• Deliver high‑quality education and care aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Support children’s individual needs through effective planning and documentation
• Build positive, qualified relationships with families and colleagues
• Maintain a protected, organised and engaging learning environment
• Complete observations, assessments and evaluations
• Confidently lead a room and support team consistency
What you’ll need:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Robust understanding of EYLF, NQS and relevant regulations
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Educator
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
