Community Support worker required to assist participants to reach their NDIS goals.

This may include:
Attending to medical appointments
Support to attend to court hearings
Support with aspects of daily living
Support with using mainstream services
Support with weekly shopping
Writing legal documentation, progress notes.
Support with emotional regulation
Support with valuable decision making

You will need to be a team player, have positive work ethic and be passionate about making a positive impact on the people we support.

To be employed by us you will need:
Police Clearance
NDIS worker screening
Working with children check
Working with Vulnerable people check
Australian driving license
Comprehensive Car Insurance
