We are a recent CRICOS-registered Registered Training Organisation (RTO) seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse role combining international student recruitment, education agent management, marketing, business development and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with education agents and other stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities, supporting student recruitment initiatives and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase international student enrolments.
Recruit, onboard and manage education agents in Australia and overseas.
Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with education agents, migration agents, schools, community organisations and industry stakeholders.
Identify recent recruitment markets, partnership opportunities and business development initiatives to support organisational growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and student recruitment opportunities.
Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email marketing and other online platforms.




Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all marketing activities and promotional materials comply with the ESOS Act, National Code, CRICOS requirements and the Standards for RTOs.
Provide administrative support to management and student services.
Assist with student admissions, enrolments and orientation activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in marketing, international student recruitment, education agent management and/or business development .
Experience within a CRICOS education provider sector is highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with education agents and other stakeholders.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify new markets and business development opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organisational and time-management skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
