We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Conveyancer to join our legal office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified who enjoys working directly with clients and managing conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
Conduct property searches and review contracts and related documentation.
Prepare and process conveyancing documentation, including stamp duty.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
Manage settlements and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate file records and meet relevant compliance requirements.
Provide qualified and responsive client service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Licensed Conveyancer licence with minimum 5 years’ experience.
Proven experience in residential conveyancing; commercial experience is desirable.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, proficient with Leap and PEXA.
Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including AML/CTF laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
