About the Role
As a Barista, you will play an significant role in delivering a consistently high-quality coffee and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso and coffee beverages.
Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout service.
Texturing milk and producing quality coffee presentation.
Providing friendly, professional and effective customer service.
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
Working efficiently during busy service periods.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
Working collaboratively with the wider café team.
