Fencing Labourer working in Perth and Surrounding suburbs

About Us:
We are a growing fencing company specialising in [residential / commercial / security] fencing. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, hard working with a positive attitude. We are now looking for a hardworking and motivated fencing labourer to join our crew.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of fences, gates, and related structures
Digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts
Operating hand and power tools safely
Loading/unloading materials and equipment
General site clean-up and labouring duties
Supporting the lead fencer and team to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Previous fencing or construction experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
White Card / construction induction card - would be an added bonus
