Head Barista with a large range of experience in the Cafe Industry. Must have at least 2 years experience as a barista in a busy cafe. This is a high volume very busy coffee cafe. You must be experienced in making multiple types of coffees and cold drinks at the same time. This is not a beginners role.

Monday to Friday - Daytime Only: 35+ hours

We are renowned for our welcoming service. We provide specialty roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes, pastries and handmade sandwiches. You will also be required to learn our POS system and are expected to help in all areas of the cafe operations.

6.30am starts are required. We are 100m from Southern Cross station.





This role has a strong focus on customer relations, coffee and food presentation .

YOU MUST MOVE RAPID, THINK FAST, WORK FAST WHILE HAVING A POSITIVE DEMEANOR.

Age is no impediment to your application.

Good spoken and written English is a prerequisite.

NO WORKING HOLIDAY VISA HOLDER WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THESE POSITIONS.

Shifts would range between 6.30am and 4pm. eg 8am to 2pm or 11am to 4.00pm. Versatile to suit. 30 + hours per week.
