Carina Leagues Club Limited is seeking experienced chefs and cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals for our club members and guests.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Assisting with menu planning and development
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the kitchen staff
What we're looking for
Formal culinary qualification or relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
