We are seeking a friendly, reliable and hardworking team member to join our bar and bottleshop. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails according to venue recipes
Pour and serve beer (tap and packaged) with proper hygiene and pour standards
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and approachable manner
Operate POS system for sales and transactions
Restock shelves, fridges, and bar stations as needed
Maintain cleanliness of bar, retail floor, glassware, and work areas
Follow RSA guidelines and ensure responsible service at all times
Assist with general store duties, including unpacking deliveries and stock rotation
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous bar or retail experience preferred (not essential — training provided)
Ability to make standard cocktails or willingness to learn
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
