We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our busy café in Narre Warren.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the café team with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
Serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Restocking supplies and keeping the café organised
Working efficiently during busy breakfast and brunch periods
Supporting other team members as required

About You
2–3 years’ café/barista experience preferred
Valuable coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Versatile availability, including weekends
Australian work rights required
