What We Are Building, and Why We Need You

Help grow our HR services arm inside an established business with 20 years in the market and 1,100+ clients. Work directly with our leadership and delivery to design, sell, and deliver fractional HR expertise to CEOs of growing businesses. Brisbane preferred, remote considered.

What You Will Actually Do
Win work through consultative conversations with CEOs, scoping, writing proposals, and closing deals
Deliver organisational design, position descriptions, remuneration frameworks, capability systems, and fractional HR support
Help shape the service offering, including productisation, pricing, and solution strategy
Collaborate directly with our CEO, Andrea Davey, and leverage internal sales, delivery, and tech teams

Let's Talk About You
Significant HR consulting or senior in-house HR experience (ideally both)
Depth in organisational design, position architecture, remuneration, or capability frameworks
Credibility with CEOs and business owners, plus a track record or appetite for winning work




Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Australian working rights (and own ABN/insurances if contracting)
