We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for a busy medical practice. Previous experience in General Practice is preferred. The candidate we are looking for is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, able to priorities tasks and work in a team workplace.

We are looking for someone who has

·Previous experience working in General Medical Practice or working as a public facing receptionist.

·Excellent communication skills and phone manner. Fluent in English

·Essential experience in working with computers and exposure to PracSoft and Medical Director software is an advantage

·Well presented and shows empathy and patience towards patients.

·Adaptable in working hours and available to work on Saturday when needed.





.University students are also welcome to apply even though no experience working at Reception but willing to learn in a short period.

. Availability to work on Monday & Tuesday is an advantage

·Own transport

You will be working in a friendly family owned General Practice located within shopping center premises.

Available to start immediately.

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
