About the role:

Totally Game is looking for new casual team members for two of our flagship locations, Welcome to Thornbury in Northcote, and the brand recent Luna Park Melbourne Arcade. Operated by Zax Amusements, Totally Game offers the latest interactive redemption and video games, great prizes, and birthday packages to suit all ages. We are looking for multiple team members for both locations with the prospect for more work across our Zax Amusements circuit for the right people. The Customer Service Representatives are the backbone of our industry, and receive daily support from a experienced team of technicians, managers and industry specialists to ensure all our guests are leaving Totally Game with a smile on their face (as well as a cool bunch of prizes!)

Responsibilities:




Enthusiastically helping customers of all ages
Serving customers with all manner of requests
Bringing a positive attitude in every day
Engaging in cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the store and amusement machines.
Testing Games daily to ensure they are functioning at 100%

Requirements:
Fun and positive attitude
Technical skills are advantageous
Excellent initiative and attention to detail
Working outside of normal business hours including nights, weekends, school and public holidays. Weekend availability is required for this role.
The right to work in Australia
Valid police check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.44 – $33.85 per hour
