We're looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time/Casual Cook (Kitchen/Pantry) to join our friendly café team. If you're confident in a busy kitchen workplace, have robust food preparation skills, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting café-style meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Experience with light food preparation duties is essential.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking café menu items to a high standard.
Assisting with light food preparation and kitchen prep duties.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen preparation.
Working efficiently during busy lunch service.
Supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience as a Cook/Kitchen or Pantry Cook in a café or similar hospitality venue.
Experience with light prep duties is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team.

Availability (Essential)

Applicants must be available to work the following fixed roster:
Monday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
