Blanca is opening soon and we're looking for an experienced Night staff ,
This is a hands-on role combining exceptional cocktail making with wine and food knowledge . You'll be responsible for create an outstanding guest experience.
About You
Minimum 1 year'experience as a waiter , with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Confident working in a high-volume setting.
Passionate about wine, coffee, food and genuine hospitality.
Friendly, organised and calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do
Deliver warm, professional customer service.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Assist with ordering, stock control and daily operations.
Work closely with ownership to help build Blanca's service culture.
