Garden Culture provides gardening, lawn mowing, and grounds maintenance services across Canberra and Queanbeyan. We're looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
Hedging, pruning, and trimming plants
Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance, including ride-on mower operation
Blowing pathways and general tidy-up
Weeding, mulching, and planting
Small landscaping projects
What we're looking for:
Current driver's licence (essential)
Excellent time management and prioritising skills
Reliable, with the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and customer service etiquette
Commitment to quality workmanship and work health and safety
Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance would be outstanding but isn't essential – we're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
