About the Role As a Childcare Trainee, you’ll learn on the job while supporting children’s learning, safety, and wellbeing. You’ll work alongside experienced educators and complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care through an award‑winning traineeship provider.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and positively interact with children aged 2–6.
Lead small group times with songs, stories, and engaging activities.
Set up and pack away beds for rest time.
Serve lunch and support children during mealtimes.
Prepare and set out planned, teacher‑led learning experiences.
Encourage cooperative play and guide children’s choices with care and respect.

Must-Have




Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW.
Genuine interest in early childhood education and a warm, patient manner.
Reliability, good communication, and willingness to learn.
Full time availability.
