Their products are extensively supplied throughout Australia and New Zealand to both hospitals and retail pharmacies. ABOUT THE ROLE
Supporting customers by processing orders, answering product or service-related inquiries by email or phone
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst representing the company in a positive and professional manner
Contacting healthcare specialists to promote healthcare products
Answering product and service-related questions in a fast an accurate manner
Entering all customer inquiries and requests into a database system
Advising customers of any changes relating to their orders, verifying pricing etc
Having a genuine interest in healthcare products/services and assisting healthcare professionals
ABOUT YOU
You will either have completed a degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences, OR have 1–2+ years of experience working with pharmaceuticals in a similar role/industry.
You will be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
You will ideally have exposure to Salesforce
You will have strong communication and organisational skills
You will be a robust multi-tasker and be able to support others
You will be warm and bubbly with great customer service skills
You will be hands on, show initiative and impeccably detail orientated
You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
