What We Are Looking For
Minimum two years’ experience in a fine dining or hatted establishment
Experience cooking with fire is preferred
Strong knowledge of food, produce and seasonality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
Full Australian working rights




Availability to work evenings and weekends
Immediate start preferred
