Two Hands Parramatta is seeking an experienced, full time Cook specializing in authentic pizza making to lead our kitchen team and manage daily culinary operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in Italian pizza making (hand-stretched dough, high-temperature deck/wood-fired ovens, custom toppings), pasta preparation, and American fast food items.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, season, and cook menu items specializing in authentic Italian pizzas, hand-stretched dough, classic pastas, and American fast food.

​Regulate temperatures of pizza ovens, grills, fryers, and commercial cooking equipment to ensure proper cooking standards.

​Portion, plate, and garnish dishes to maintain consistent presentation and high quality.

​Maintain strict cleanliness, HACCP food safety standards, and workplace health and safety protocols across all kitchen areas.





​Requirements & Experience * Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (or equivalent Commercial Cookery qualification).

​Minimum 3 years of skilled kitchen experience in a high-volume commercial setting.

​Proven expertise in authentic Italian pizza production, dough handling, pastas, and fast-food execution.

​Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills.

​Comprehensive understanding of Australian food hygiene regulations and safety protocols.
