About the Role We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Bakers Delight. In this role, you will lead our sales strategies, manage retail operations, and drive revenue growth across local bakery operations. You will be responsible for building robust relationships within the community, managing local marketing efforts, and leading a high-performing sales and service team committed to delivering fresh products and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute local sales strategies, promotions, and community engagement plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service, upsell products, and maintain high standards on the sales floor.
Operations & Merchandising: Ensure daily bakery display presentation, product availability, and inventory management meet brand guidelines and quality standards.




Customer Relationship Management: Build strong local network connections, handle key customer inquiries, and drive customer loyalty initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Analyze daily and weekly sales figures, track KPIs, and optimize staffing schedules to match peak customer foot traffic.

Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of retail sales management or store management experience (bakery, QSR, or retail food environment preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Robust leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring customer-facing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for fresh food, customer service excellence, and community involvement.

Pay: From $29.45 per hour
