We’re a values-driven NDIS registered support service seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Geelong area.

Our client requires Support Workers who can commit to consistent ongoing availability for inactive sleepovers in one of the following shifts:

6pm-10pm active / 10pm-6am inactive sleepover, or

8pm-10pm active / 10pm-6am inactive sleepover / 6am-8am active, or

10pm-6am inactive sleepover / 6am-10am active

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting an individual with a disabilities to live independently, engage in their community, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and domestic assistance
Support with community access and social activities
Assist with transport and appointments
Promote independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

Availability to work a 10pm-6am inactive sleepover, followed by a 6am-10am active shift
Prefer applicants with experience as a Support Worker and/or lived experience with disability
Genuine compassion and patience




Solid communication skills in English (essential for transparent client interaction and documentation)
Female applicants are encouraged to apply where client preference for same‑gender support is a genuine requirement for personal care tasks
Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred but not essential)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
