Description:
The teacher is to be a passionate and committed Christian educator who will uphold the mission, vision, core values and educational philosophy of the College.
They are Christian educators who will provide the best possible educational experience for students. They actively contribute to the academic, pastoral care and extra curricular programs of the College.
Skills and Experiences:
To undertake this position the person will be:
Passionate about Christian education
Display discretion, confidentiality, honesty and integrity
Be positive, self-directed, enthusiastic and highly motivated
Demonstrate adaptability, resilient and the ability to manage work related pressures
Demonstrate pedagogical expertise in the classroom
Work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team

Demonstrate flexibility to deal with a constantly changing school environment
Be creative, suggest and develop new and improved procedures
Ability to maintain high standards and have a calm and methodical approach
Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Possess a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work successfully with teachers, students, leaders and the wider school community
This position requires a degree and applicable teaching qualifications and relevant experience.
Teaching qualifications must be provided, including University transcripts and NESA accreditation details.
