We are seeking a qualified baker for 30 hours a week (4xnight shifts, Wednesday, Thursday, friday, Saturday nights 9pm-3am) for independent production of bread & pies.

Experienced baker apprentices will be considered- third year only. Please do not apply if you are a first year apprentice or seeking a current apprenticeship as unfortunately you will not be considered for the position.

Apprentices will transition to night shift once equiped to work unsupervised

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Do you hold a trade certificate in baking? If you are an apprentice, what year of your apprenticeship are you currently in?
Are you competent in all aspects of bread and bun production, including shaping and baking off without assistance? Are you able to produce puff & pie bottom pastry?
