About the Role

As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel, Property Team and senior leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice across:
Property acquisitions, divestments and due diligence
Development projects,



major works and construction matters
Procurement, operations and commercial contracts
Asset management, leasing and portfolio optimisation initiatives
Strategic business priorities and growth prospects

What You’ll Bring
Australian legal practitioner with current practising certificate
5+ years PQE across property, construction and commercial law
Experience with acquisitions, disposals, development and major works
In-house experience and a practical commercial mindset
Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
Ability to balance legal risk with pragmatic business outcomes
