The Opportunity

You'll become a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including specialists, grooms, wedding parties, and event attendees. From the first conversation through to final delivery, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service and expert guidance.

Rather than a traditional retail sales environment, this position focuses on understanding individual needs, providing personalised recommendations, and delivering a seamless customer journey.
Deliver personalised styling and consultation experiences
Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Guide clients through product, fit and styling selections
Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities
Manage wedding parties and key event timelines
Maintain exceptional communication throughout the client journey
Support showroom presentation and CRM management
Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding results

About You
3+ years' experience in sales, client service or account management
A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
Confident engaging with clients face-to-face and over the phone




Passionate about style, fashion and helping people look and feel their best
Highly organised with strong follow-up and attention to detail
Professional, polished and target-driven
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, weddings or premium service environments is highly regarded
Available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

Monday & Tuesday – Off

Wednesday & Thursday – 9:00am–5:00pm

Friday & Saturday – 1:00pm–9:00pm

Sunday – 9:00am–5:00pm
