We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our clients small, hands-on team, applying high-quality finishes to a range of recreational steel products.

This role involves the complete powder coating process including sandblasting, priming, coating, oven curing, quality control and packaging. You’ll also contribute to general manufacturing, warehousing and housekeeping tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Hanging, batching and preparing components for coating
Preparing powders and spray equipment
Applying powder coatings and monitoring curing ovens
Inspecting and rectifying defects to ensure quality standards
Wrapping, sorting and crating finished components
Assisting with sandblasting and surface preparation
Maintaining equipment, tools, booths, ovens and work areas

About you:




Proficiency and hands-on experience in powder coating and spray painting (minimum 2 years)
Forklift licence and solid materials handling experience (preferred)
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Reliable, proactive and a robust team player

The role:
Monday - Friday
7AM - 4PM
Long term prospect with the view of a permanent position
