Legal & Business Support Recruiter

Location: Sydney, CBD
Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term
Base pay range: A$90,000.00 – A$100,000.00 per year

The role supports two Partners and their teams across Corporate and Energy groups, covering funds, capital markets, transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures at both domestic and international levels.

The Role and Duties
Diary, email and matter management
Drafting, formatting and amending documents
Assisting with due diligence, research and matter organisation
Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external parties
Billing and WIP reporting
Domestic and international travel booking
Expense management

About You
Previous experience in a legal support role,



ideally within corporate
Strong document and matter management skills
High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast‑paced workplace
Qualified, proactive and able to build solid relationships quickly
Full permanent Australian working rights
A desire for longevity in a support role
