Profit share pathway from day one – not years of waiting
Blend of volume + specialist work: litigation, family law, compulsory acquisition
Remote / hybrid flexibility with direct mentoring from a high-performing Director
Senior Commercial Valuer / Associate Director - Commercial stepping into a business that’s already outgrowing its current delivery capacity.
This isn’t a slow burn. The QLD operation has launched hard and is already winning higher-fee, more complex instructions than the current team can absorb. You’ll walk into a role where the work is there, the clients are engaged, and the chance to build something meaningful is real.
You’ll balance consistent commercial mortgage valuations with more engaging, technically sharp work across family law, compulsory acquisition, development and financial reporting. The kind of work that actually builds your profile in the market — not just your volume.
The Role
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy across a diverse valuation portfolio, supported directly by a well-regarded Director.
Deliver commercial mortgage valuations across office, industrial and retail assets
Take on specialised instructions across family law,
compulsory acquisition and financial reporting
Contribute to development and advisory-style valuation work
Manage your own portfolio with flexibility around how you structure your week
Work closely with the Director on complex, high-value instructions
Build capability across both consistent volume work and more technical assignments
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work directly with a Director known for building engaged, high-performing teams without the usual layers or bureaucracy.
This is a business being built properly - backed by an established platform but still with the pace and prospect of a growing operation. No red tape, no politics, just a focus on delivering quality work and creating a place people actually want to stay.
What You’ll Bring
Certified Practising Valuer (or working towards)
Experience across commercial, industrial, retail or residential valuations
Exposure to or interest in family law, compulsory acquisition, development or financial reporting work
Ability to manage your own workload and communicate directly with clients
