Nerrima Pastoral Company is seeking a Boreman to join our team across Nerrima and Kalyeeda Stations in the Kimberley.

The position starts immediately and runs through to the end of the 2026 season, with potential extension into 2027.

Cattle Station

Nerrima and Kalyeeda Stations are a family-owned cattle breeding and fattening enterprise covering more than 300,000 hectares in Western Australia’s West Kimberley region. Located approximately 160 kilometres south-east of Derby, the station perks from extensive Fitzroy River frontage and reliable natural water resources.

Immediate

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing station watering systems, working directly under the Station Manager to ensure reliable water supply across approximately 50 watering points.

Our systems are solar submersible AC/DC setups, supported by well maintained and contemporary plant and equipment.

The role also offers variety across station operations, including:
Machinery operation & maintenance




Truck driving & lick runs
Firefighting
General mechanical work
We're looking for someone reliable, practical, mechanically minded and able to work independently.
Experience with station water systems, solar pumps is highly regarded.
Self - contained private accommodation
