About the Role This role is a part time or full time
position based in the Barossa Valley. Youll be the first point of
contact for our clients, helping them with appointments, enquiries,
and follow-ups. All while ensuring their pets receive the best care
possible. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative
support, including bookings, insurance claims, prescriptions,
client orders, and general enquiries Managing phone lines and
welcoming clients warmly and professionally Maintaining the waiting
room and merchandise displays Assisting with patient follow-ups and
client communications Supporting the team to uphold our high
standards of care and service Actively contributing to the
continuous improvement of our systems, client experience, and
workflows
