City of Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned Team Leader Hospitality Operations to oversee food and beverage operations across venues on the Gold Coast. Based at Carrara venues, you will lead 70 casual staff, manage rosters, training and compliance, and work with Head Chefs to ensure service excellence.

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise teams, and contribute to the development of recent concepts and the department vision.
