Job Description
Lead and develop the national Business Manager team, driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty (F&I;) performance across the Dutton Automotive retail network.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise finance penetration, gross profit, warranty and insurance sales.
Coach and support Business Managers to achieve consistent commercial performance and exceptional customer outcomes.
Partner with Retail Leadership and Dutton Financial Services to optimise finance prospects, deal flow and settlement efficiency.
Build solid relationships with lenders, financiers, insurers and product providers to support commercial outcomes.
Monitor F&I; performance, identify opportunities and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Ensure all F&I; activities meet NCCP, Responsible Lending, Privacy, AML/CTF and Australian Credit Licence requirements.
Drive consistent national F&I; processes, capability and best practice while supporting continuous improvement across the network.
