What you will be doing:
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Upsell food and beverage items to maximise sales.
Accurately take and deliver orders using the Infrasys system.
Assist guests with menu choices, including dietary needs and beverage recommendations.
Communicate special requests with the kitchen.
Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support a secure workplace by following OHS practices.
Hold a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
