Seacliff Surfy is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a great prospect for a motivated hospitality professional who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals and contributing to a busy hotel kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with the Seacliff's menu and quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared fresh, safely, and consistently for customers.
Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal food offerings.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Ensure all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations are followed.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and effective workstation.
Assist with managing food costs, wastage, and kitchen productivity.





RequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, pub, or similar hospitality environment.
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Relevant commercial cookery qualification is preferred.
Must be reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality food.
