Alliance Groupare currently seeking casualLabourers/Trades Assistantsto join our team in the Mining, Industrial and Construction industries in the Hunter Valley, with work ranging on sites from Newcastle to Muswellbrook. The ideal candidates will have a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on recent challenges.

Responsibilities:
Perform general labour tasks such as assisting skilled workers, using hand tools, and maintaining a safe work environment
Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and machinery
Operate machinery under the supervision of a skilled operator
Working at Heights
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Maintain a clean and organised work site




Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Ability to work in a team workplace and follow instructions
Willingness to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
Construction or mining industry experience is preferred but not required
