We currently have two opportunities available– one supporting our Commercial team and one within our Government team.

This is an prospect to work alongside experienced recruiters and Account Managers, build solid industry networks, and further develop your career in IT recruitment across both commercial and government sectors within a well-established Brisbane recruitment team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and engaging high-quality IT candidates for live client opportunities
Partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes
Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and preparation sessions
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across in-demand technology skill sets
Managing candidate applications, submissions, and onboarding support




Identifying market opportunities and generating leads for the Sales team
Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience within an ICT/technology recruitment agency
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented approach
Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and professionalism
