Elders in Australia is seeking a Manager, Risk Standards to design, implement and continually enhance our enterprise risk framework, partnering with the Head of Group Risk & Compliance. You will lead key framework initiatives and provide meaningful risk insights to support decision-making at executive level.
As the function evolves, you will build and lead a small specialist team, embed robust governance, and deliver governance reporting to the Board and Committees.
