Fogarty Search is partnering with a high-performing national firm to appoint an experienced lawyer into its Corporate team in Melbourne.

The firm is known for its team-oriented culture, strong national integration and commitment to developing senior lawyers into visible, influential roles within the practice.

This prospect will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE across M&A;, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM , gained from a respected law firm or in-house setting.

The team advises across:
Private M&A; and corporate transactions
Capital markets and capital raisings
Listings and ECM matters
Venture capital and growth-stage investments
Corporate governance and advisory
Commercial contracts and strategic arrangements

You will have the opportunity to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
