Australian Civil Solutions is seeking a motivated Workforce Coordinator to join our civil construction team. You’ll coordinate our workforce across projects and sites, manage rosters, support recruitment, and onboard recent starters to ensure they’re productive from day one.
This role requires proactive organisation and explicit communication. You’ll work with the Operations team, liaise with supervisors and clients, monitor licences, and maintain workforce records to keep projects moving.
