The Broken Hill Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full time basis in the Boulder and Kalgoorlie area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and qualified service in a vibrant, fast-paced venue environment.

Reporting directly to the Bar Manager and Venue Owner, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Overseeing front-of-house operations to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Supervising, guiding, and supporting food and beverage staff during service
Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and quality control
Assisting with daily bar workflows, stock handling, and maintaining presentation standards
Collaborating with management to uphold venue policies and safety regulations

We are looking for a reliable skilled who thrives in a team-oriented setting and can lead by example. The successful candidate will receive a competitive full-time salary of A$79,423 per year.
