As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on role where there is travel to sites within Thomastown and surrounding areas, to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete recent installation work on a variety of machinery.

Key responsibilities
Replace hoses in breakdown situations
Complete new installation work on a variety of machinery
Deliver field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers
Travel to sites within Thomastown and surrounding areas
Participate in a 24 hour on call roster

About you
Mechanical background required
Current Manual Driver's License required
Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics
Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
Robust numeracy,



verbal and written communication skills
Anticipate problems and be pro‑active in finding solutions
Solid understanding of customer service
Understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
Ability to carry out instructions

Our Service and Supply Centre is based in Thomastown. Full product and job training will be provided with potential for further training opportunities through Pirtek's Registered Training Organisation. A vehicle, phone and uniform will be provided.
