Valuable Beer Company in Sydney pubs is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen brigades, ensure consistently high standards, and drive a busy service.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, contribute to menu development, recipe costing and stock control, and supervise staff across rotating day, night and weekend shifts. This hands-on, quick-paced role rewards initiative, reliability and a skilled approach to food safety and HACCP.
