About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced NDD (Non-Destructive Digging) / Hydro Excavation operators.

In this role, you will operate vacuum trucks & drain cleaning units to deliver a variety of works including non-destructive excavation, hydro excavation, waste removal, sewer and stormwater cleaning.

Our clients include major water authorities, councils, and civil contractors. Work will be carried out across metropolitan Melbourne & Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities
Operate NDD / Hydro Excavation trucks
Perform pipeline cleaning, hydro excavation, and non-destructive digging to locate underground assets
Work on water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects
Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental procedures




Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, and clients to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification

About You
Proven experience operating NDD / Hydro Excavation or Jet Vac trucks
HR or MR licence preferred
White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
Confined Space Entry ticket - highly regarded
Understanding of water, sewer, and drainage systems
Robust safety mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
